AQUATERRA MOTORS does not collect any monies from buyers whatsoever or from sellers after the sale is complete. All payment arrangements must be made between private parties and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle.

AQUATERRA MOTORS does not own any boats, jet skis, motorcycles, planes or vehicles. AQUATERRA MOTORS does not inventory boats, jet skis, motorcycles, planes or vehicles or function as a dealership. AQUATERRA MOTORS is strictly an advertising and eBay listing service acting on behalf of the seller of the boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle. All boats, jet skis, motorcycles, planes or vehicles are sold as-is and no warranties are in any way implied unless specifically stated in the auction details.

Boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle owners are directly responsible for the price, photos, and descriptions of their boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicles unless specifically stated in the auction details. AQUATERRA MOTORS will work diligently to accurately post all information provided by the boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle owners and to make any changes in a timely fashion. A receipt containing a copy of the ad will be sent to all owners and it is the responsibility of the owner to review that receipt for accuracy and contact customer service immediately to make any needed corrections. AQUATERRA MOTORS will make every effort to assist owners to market their boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle until it is sold. No additional fees will be assessed for a boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle to remain in the AQUATERRA MOTORS network. If a boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle owner wishes to purchase additional auctions on eBayMotors, or purchase additional upgrade features, appropriate fees will be charged on a per case basis.

AQUATERRA MOTORS makes no warranties as to when, or if, any given boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle will sell. AQUATERRA MOTORS does not make any claims or warranties to have specific buyers available for any given boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle at any time and does not warrant or guarantee the sale of any boat, jet ski, motorcycle, plane or vehicle within a specified time frame.
